3/9 Spoke to Jetta to confirm that payment was made on Monday as per her phone message she will email Sherif and let me know as soon as he responds. vf
3/9 MESSAGE FROM SHERIF NAGY OFFICE TO SAY THEY WILL PUT MONEY IN ACCOUNT ON MONDAY 3/9/21 VF
3/9 Escalation letter sent various attempts to call Sherif have failed no one returning calls. vf
17/6- text sent to Sherif reminding him of payment 18/6 Another vm left
1/6/21 Natalie spoke to sherif he said he has forwarded invoice to accountant, not running away from it to resend to him and he will forward again so it can bet paid.
2/12 - Sherif advised property sold - RD
Contract goes unconditional in 21 days, settlement in 45
Says it's a same day referral from LAF, but hasn't confirmed which one of us was first
