26/03/2020 - Michael: yeh spoke with him a while back, the way he goes about things I won't be working with him
Gabby: last spoke with Eric last week and I believe he has gone with another agent. I have not heard back.
3/03/2020 - Michael: Has spoken with vendor - OA also sent to another guy in this office but I believe we are in first as he continues to work on this Opp with US
Gabby: Yes I have done the appraisal and emailed it to the owner
