14/4/21 Jenny called to say she is temp living in Macquarie Park unit until her ex property settles to her thinks he will pay her out for the South Turramurra house and sell this unit but does not see it happening yet they sold the Resi land but does not know who sold it.
9/3 Heath said he has spoken to jenny re Macquarie park property has not heard back
Heath will only be quoting for the Macquarie Park property as his colleague from Sth Turra office has been dealing with the husband for that property for years.
