1/10/20 Spoke to Linda she said Paula has this on hold now due to border closures, unsure as to sell at this stage also has put it to council a few times for access roads to be fixed, does not mind a follow up next year. vf
2/9 *Spoke to Terry Wallace he said that he has not heard from Paula the client, she needed to build a formed road b4 they put the property on the market as not good road access even difficult with 4WD but he also said the council there was broke so he did not think they would build it.
4/4 spoke to Linda, said the owner Paula liked Terry but decided to wait a month until things settle down, Terry said same will follow up.
25/3- both agents have not been out the caretaker changes the date, next set date is Friday 27th To advise
