14/8 Update from Vince Caramia, he is over this said he is speaking to the client who is an ex agent and knows exactly what is going on in this are thats why he is the representative for his wife, selling depends on the family members living there who are building and wont move until their build is ready and even after they move out they will assess and determine when ready to go go market, Vince will stay in touch. He said Altona itself has not had too much price impact this type of proeprty will do well. vf
