21/07/20 called Derry to have a chat about sale and confirm pre-existing relationship with Linda. Left vm
Linda is claiming the clients walked in to her office on the 24th Feb they spoke and she went to their house on the Monday, she did not connect the referral to the clients until much later, feels she does not want to pay us a referral fee as the clients went to her direct anyway. **Listened to the initial call and noted could have been the case not enough questions asked Linda will email me vf*****

24/03/20 Lisa said they've listed with another agent but the vendor says not listing at all. Keep an eye on it.
