23/09/20 - digest update from Jonathon - 786 riveradale road is still ongoing however this client is after prices that we may see in 2050! (KJ)

16/03/2020 - Johnathon: I have spoken with Christina and she has said that she needs some time and wants to speak with her next door neighbor about things.
I have spoken with some developers about the property and as I suspected and advised her, the price that they are thinking is far too high.
16/03/2020 - Christina: we have not yet decided we are still looking at all our options, our neighbour is possibly interested in selling our properties together.
