13/03/2020 Vendor advised Yes I have had James and Ercan over to the house and got their appraisals .I cancelled James as he was coming this week as I am just putting the sale on hold for now. Not sure what I'm doing now as my situation has changed for a few months. I will get in contact with the agents again when I want to put the apartment up for sale in the future.
