12/11/2020 - Barrie: Thanks for your email regarding Forrest Creek Qld property.
My boys have now decided to keep the properties and at a later date hopefully build a dwelling and rent it out.
04/11/19: Sent vendor messages to see if selling, no response
17/12/18: Vendor emailed, "Still NO on the sale of the property at Forrest Creek. Waiting for the market to pick up."
04/06/18: Agent Peter accepted the referral
28/03/18: Was advised by Barrie (vendor), this is not his property but his sons'. Market is not great so sons are changing their mind about selling now
