Vendor won't sign authority - will not pay advertising, and wants top dollar - POOR LEAD / have tried to nudge agent and vendor several times to no avail

21/04/25020 - Johnny: Vendor does nor want to sign an authority - is aware from several agents prices will probably drop but still hesitant. Johnny has buyers looking at properties both sides of this price point so will try and put it together after speaking with buyer again.

29/04/2020 - Phuong: No Apparently not good time to sell considering COVID. Don't think I should pay for advertising when it is not a good time. If you have a genuine buyer through your contacts then happy to sell and pay you a commission. Thanks Phuong.
