8/02/2023 - Patrick Reply to FU: We are sitting tight at the moment with Sunny Crt. We are leasing the property and are in no urgent hurry to sell. When we are ready to sell I will get in touch and seek your advise.
.....APRIL 21 -(NAT) - Patrick rang back - he wanted to know who is best to talk to re the Patterson prop which he will sell later thsi year - Andrew & daniel have been keeping in touch, but he wants up to date stats for them adn to know if he should talk to anyone else for this one.
