Simon said that vendor is $80-$100k over- Feedback from**** client re Simon all positive only spoke to him at this stage will follow his advice and move out first 8th May into their new house and the plan is to style and get on market around July, to call him end of June to follow up he is concerned re the virus as he is a dentist by trade.
