putting on hold. looks to lose money. Like NGU and will likely use Gillian. If market does not improve he will look to possibly rent his place (part of a divorce so will buy out his partner) and then his new partner will rent out her place and they will buy in Brisbane. Will get her in touch with me when she needs assistance.
....Thank you very much for the update Natalie. I have tried to touch base again with Wayne in the last couple of days and thought that might be the case as he hadn't answered this time. Interestingly I would like to chat to him because it could actually be better to list now than in six months. Hmm but would be good to talk and help with advice. legal hold ups at the moment and of course is strapped for time with the extra issues at hand. We will be following him up in the near future again
