Catriona - I spoke to Wes Foster and he informed me that he doesn't want an appraisal at this time as there are tenants in the property and it is managed by another agent.
I offered general market information but have not seen the interior of the property at this time and have no plans to at this stage.
I will let you know if anything changes in this regard.
