Matthew - Hi Natalie, as per my last email, we have made contact with Berin and we have spoken on the phone regarding his appraisal...This appraisal was a little “out of the normal” for Northam, as we do not have many unit complexes. Especially one that the whole complex is owned by the one vendor...We have sent his appraisal off to him today and if we will let you know if we do end up listing the property for him.
