Nigel: I spoke to him after I took the appraisal back he said he was still investigating what he's doing
Scott: He's told me that he's going to sell it himself as he doesn't want to pay an agent to sell the home.
Scott: He has indicated that he’s not going to sell with any agent as he doesn’t want to pay a selling fee. I’ve just reminded him of all the things to be mindful of like insurances, negotiation, final inspections, annexures etc
