RUSSELL - I offered but it seems like it might have been difficult to get this agent in. She said she would see what they say.
I know the building well and have sold several units in the complex. The last one was about a year ago.
I have given her recent sales in the building of other 2 bedroom units.
She did seem as though she was set on the other agent. Not sure if it is someone you recommended or not?
