Hi Natalie, yes Glyn has mentioned in an email last Thursday that he would like to appoint Bexleys and myself. I sent him the Selling Authority on Friday but it hasn't been returned yet. We are not officially going on the market until September due to a lease in place till December. I will endeavoring to sell it off market in the meantime however.
