Greg: As mentioned I popped out and provided advice, all went smoothly. He was happy with my opinion of value and strategy. However I followed up the day after he was supposed to buy a property, left a voice mail and a text message. Disappointing he couldn’t at least reply to my text. I won’t be calling him again, however if he gets in touch I will definitely let you know.
