27/05/2020 - Michael: After a few messages I was finally able to speak with the son and went through the property for a look late yesterday. As you said, it needs some repairs to get it back up to speed but otherwise would make for a saleable option in the market place depending on price. If they proceed any further or more happens I’ll let you know
26/05/2020 - advised Sylvia and Michael this is delayed as they need to renovate
26/05/2020 - Vendor: will have to fix up the house a little first ok

20/05/2020 - Michael: I managed to contact Tim ok but have since had no luck getting hold of his son who actually owns and lives at the property. Hopefully I have some success soon and can get through to appraise it for them
