19/05/2020 - Louise: I finally got hold of Mcgrath who manage the property after two days chasing them up. They tell me that the vendor has said not to allow any other agents to appraise the property and that she was happy for Mcgrath to list it.
12/05/2020 - Louise: I’ve made contact with Reema, I will arrange access on Monday or Tuesday when the agent has completed the outgoing inspection. I told Reema we sold number 8 in same street, almost identical house 8-9 months ago for 405k and she was shocked as she thought the value would be closer to 450k. Small 3 bedroom home on 346 sqm block so probably more like 425k or something now. Will let you know when I have gained access and reported back to Reema
