13/11/17: No we are looking into marketing at the moment and have narrowed our preferences to 2 agents and negotiating fees etc if we proceed.
Cameron Coleman - Unresponsive since late 2017
Shane McCauley - accepted referral. Advised their agency holds all records in all buildings in Hastings street and that vendor may have signed quietly with Offermann real estate as he knows one of the agents. Chased up the vendor several times but hasn't been replied to much
Luke Chen - accepted referral but client isn't replying to email or calls.
