Partner Separation - ex partner had denied access, vendor's mother passed away, Covid - this will be a long way off
ON HOLD - mother passed away in Germany - trying to get over there /aslo COVID lockdown 08/2020
Also 74 Valley Drive, Rye - have referred this to Shane &Leo - Chris has pre-existing and has appraised both vendor properties.

26/05/2020 - Garry: we have has no response from the vendor
20/05/2020 - Garry: went to appointment after confirming - Marco was not there - ex-partner was not happy and would not permit entry - said was busy
20/05/2020 - Garry: will be meeting Marco today at 4.00pm. Looking at the property on line, I feel they may be a little ambitious on price, but I will come back to once I have viewed it.
20/05/2020 - Daniel / pre - existing with one of his colleagues, Chris Hassall - sent appraisal attached to email
