Unfortunately not. The vendors expectation was around 60-70k above market value. I have sent him some market reports to suggest this and haven't heard back. He purchased the property for 470k only one year ago and has an expectation of selling for 600k.
I think he's testing the water rather being serious about selling.

NOTE SELLINGH - JEFF - Natalie thankyou for the opportunity to assist Samir with a potential sale. He only purchased the property 12 mths ago. It is an investment and he is getting a great return. I am very familiar with the area. At this stage he doesn't want to market the property for sale, is in no rush ? Having just sold one nearby and I have one on the market I offered an "off market' proposition but he baulked at the opportunity. i will keep in touch and I hope to be considered for more properties in Cranbourne North in the future.
