13/07/2020 - Lance: Just an update on this property at 21 Callistemon. Another agent told them $950k. I valued it at 850k which is realistic. The other agent lists everything she can at any cost, ie commission or price to the market. There is no way that I would take this to the market at this price. I will stay in touch with him through the campaign.
