MICHAEL - NOT APPRAISED - venodr said another agent may have a buyer???
KEVIN - Unfortunately, they are still in the middle of renovations and going through a break-up, so difficult to commit to a timeframe.

kevin - I was finally able to go and meet Penny yesterday from 22/15 Abel Smith cr Mt Ommaney to appraise her home. I felt I got on well with her, but they are not quite ready to sell as they are still renovating two of the bathrooms.
