Ben Thomas he did not like, Graint Gardner they did not gel felt like he wanted to go for quick sale. Sticking to Harcourts but he thinks he spoke to a Ringwood based Harcourts does not remember name.Waiting for lock down to be over so the trades can finish work to house so they can sell.
gerraint appt Friday 11am- Gerraint said house needs $100k spent to bring it to scratch, he recommended they dont spend money on it.
