4/9 Shad not confident with this guy and he does not want to do conjunction with him if they can get hold of the owners he can do something but he thinks this guy wants to save his skin by getting agent to do hard work.
12/8/20 **Spoke to Adam Zane he has not heard back from any of the agents with any proposals, still interested in onselling willing to speak to other agents***
