Hi Natalie, we did not win this business. The owner decided to continue renting out the apartment. She paid $438,000 back in 2016 and unfortunately there has been no growth. She suggested too me that she would rent out for another 3 years.
Back in June I was trying to list the property however Ran Zhang decided to lease her property.
