27/8 Update from Paula she is getting a lot of offers but client not accepting probs with house the laundry walls have blown away, price reduced but offers coming in lower.
24/7 Update from Paula, getting people thru but there are some issues with the house, steep back stairs, and laundry with no wall and no flushing toilet, may not get thru building and pest still trying
