12/09/2020 - Julian: We have had the sale process stalled by COVID Stage 4 restrictions and the conveyancers couldn’t find the title. The contract is ready now but we are waiting for the ability to go onsite with buyers. The price is a bit top heavy but the vendors are not interested in reducing the range. They don’t accept advice.
