10/06/2020 - Paul: just a quick update on this lead, Terri Mackay from self-named real estate has been to the property twice now, we pitched in there last Friday evening.
Its sounding like they may be proceeding with the other agent, we made contact yesterday and they were a little cold.
9/06/2020 - Megan: As indicated to you, they are not returning our calls. I believe, that they have already chosen their agent.
5/06/2020 - Megan: have just called again and spoken to her husband Ian. She will call me back. I do get the feeling that they have already made their decision on agent.
