29/06/2020 - Mathew: provided feedback - vendor thought his sales are more to Strathfield - incorrect his volume is up with the other 2 top sellers for area
29/06/2020 - Gizele: she unfortunately decided to go with another agent.
9/06/2020 - Ana: all 3 of the below mentioned agents have reached out and I've spoken to each of them. I did a little bit of research on each and after also chatting to them, have invited Gizele to come and meet my mum and I tomorrow afternoon.
I felt that Gizele might be hungrier for the opportunity and seems to have decent knowledge of the market, we'll see how tomorrow goes.
I decided not to go ahead with Joshua, because his sales pitch was just too aggressive and was more focused on selling himself and his agency to me, rather than understanding situation and know a bit more about what we needed. Matthew's market is also heavily in the Strathfield area and based on his stats, I wasn't confident that he would be the best fit.
9/06/2020 - Joshua: cannot get in to do appraisal - they have 3 agents they are continuing with but no idea who - they used another site possibly
4/06/2020 - Gizele: I called Ana the daughter, she mentioned she is getting lots of calls from other agents and hasn't been able to keep track of every call while at work. She said she will call when she has had a chance to sit down and work out an appointment times. I sent her an email so she had record of my details.
