24/11/2020 - Megan: will, due to the tenant the owner doesn’t want photos taken so I’m using some she has which isn’t ideal, I will get them modified with Box Brownie 6/04/2021 Megan:Lee ST should go unconditional this week. Ill let you know as soon as the conditions have been satisfied. Lovely working with you. and hopefully they will come up ok. Also no sign so going to be a harder than normal sale but it’s all good. I will get in touch with them again on Monday to see if they have made a decision on whether they are going to sell or not and let you know.
18/06/2020 - Megan: Hi Mark. Yes I contacted her. We are about the only agents that have sold a unit out there for decent money in the last year so if she decides to sell I will do it for her. I felt bad for her as she got ripped off so badly when she bought it, which she knows about and she realises that they will lose a significant amount of money. So if she decides to sell I will sell it for her if she wishes. Thanks for the referral. I'll keep you up to date.
