13/01/2021 - Lincoln: this one can be closed as it was sold by the developer in the end.
20/10/2020 - Lincoln: I had toms block listed for sale and found him a buyer as it turned out the developer still owned the block and closed down the sale, Tom told me the developer told him that they will let him on sell, they ( Leda developments were painful to deal with and as i said ruined the sale in the end for tom.
16/10/2020 - Lincoln: VM to update me on what happened - currently withdrawn but he said he was making progress regarding a contract a while back / solicitors were creating issues
16/07/2020 - Lincoln: hopefully we will have a contract on this one in a day or 2 . It has been very frustrating dealing with the solicitors on this one but i think we are taking ground
29/06/2020 - Lincoln: Here is the link to Toms block, I have already had interest in it so I’m hopeful for a contract this week !
