Made initial contact and then client said she would be back in touch when the property was ready to sell, have not heard back from them.
I met with Robert On Thursday and finally appraised the property and emailed report to him on Friday.
They are still renovating the property and could be a month or so before its ready for market I will keep you updated on its progress.

Just an update have been in regular contact with Catherine’s father Rob just waiting on a time for him to get me through the property it is now vacant but just waiting on a convenient Time for Robert to come down from the other side of Melbourne to Geelong in this strange covid time.
