Just letting you know we sold 6/4 Dundas Street on the weekend for a very strong price, sold for $2,223,000.
It has come to our attention that the commission is actually 1.35% + GST, so according to our calculation your referral fee 20% is $6002.10 + GST.
Could you kindly email you tax invoice for payment on settlement.
Settlement is 42 Days. ie 20/10/2020
