26/6 - KEITH - Hi many thanks for contacting me. I did try calling you last week to give you an update, but I couldn’t get through. I have met with Peter and inspected his home. Peter’s home is in need of major renovations if he is to achieve a price anywhere near what 99 Fiona Crescent achieved. I met Peter last week and we arranged for me to meet him yesterday for me to deliver his appraisal report. Unfortunately, when I arrived at his home he was not there. I called him and he said he had to go to Sydney to have is eye seen to by a specialist and that he wasn’t sure when he would be back.I will try and contact him again next week to see when would suit for me to meet up. I have told him that my price quote will be based on the property in its current condition. I recommended that once he has completed his renovations, he should have me back out and I will provide a more updated appraisal based on actual completed works.
23/7 - Alya - over price expectaions - unusual reno - a few mths off from finishing. ALYA has a a buyer that is interested now so has presented to vendors
