APR 22 - Thanks for this, but unfortunately the building is still covered in scaffolding while they replace the cladding. We won’t be able to sell until it’s all done in a couple of months.
  


Hi Natalie. Thanks for that. Unfortunately our apartment in Ivanhoe has cladding issues and until this is rectified we have been told that no bank will lend money for it. So things are on hold at the moment. Regards Katrina Dunn
