26/11/2020 - Brent: Spoke to her, won’t be doing anything until the New Year and is doing some work in the meantime. She also noted that “they haven’t found the right buyer yet” so perhaps she’s not quite ready to accept that it’s a price problem – not a buyer problem.
24/11/2020 - Brent: Saw that they took it to auction, I have no doubt she would’ve got a rude shock on the day and that the other Agent didn’t want to have the honest conversation about price (hence auction).
I’ll still follow Grace up and have a chat about her plans from here.

Thanks so much for your referral and detailed information. You guys do a much better job than your industry colleagues Open Agent - keep it up. As for this property I'm afraid to say even without looking at it or contacting Grace the reason it didn't sell is purely price. It's could be worth as much as $200,000 less than she wants. Respectfully I'll call her and have a look but I won't be taking it on at that sort of money. Regards, Brent.
