12/10/2020 - Linda: I have spoken with Eric, he has his cancer back badly again unfortunately! So he will not be moving now.

16/09/2020 - Louis: Eric has told me he will be in contact when ready to sell. Reading between the lines Eric’s wife is keen to stay at the Pelican Waters home and not sell.
