28/05/2019 From russell proctor To Rowena Dinnessen Not sure whether I’ve spoken to you or not. The only agent that I got an appraisal from was LJ Hooker. Did you used to be with them?

11/12/2017 From Geoff Wells When I finally managed to make contact with the seller he
said he already had an appraisal organized.
I did offer to do a second appraisal and was told his
brother was to also get an appraisal done and would pass my number onto
him.
And no further contact. I will follow up tomorrow and keep
you posted.
