9/07/2020 - Kylee: I'm trying to sell it off market at the moment with private inspections. If not sold this weekend we will go to market late next week.
I have a photo shoot booked in Wednesday 😊
9/07/2020 - FU re UD to Kylee ONLY / vendor held others back from appraisal not to overwhelm tenants
25/06/2020 - Vendor: Told the other 2 guys to hold off for now until I hear back from Kylee. Don't exactly want to overwhelm the tenants at this stage with several agents
25/06/2020 - Lawrence /. vendor : yes they all have and as expected are all saying what is needed for me to chose them over the other. At this stage i am awaiting kylees report about the property which she is scheduled to visit in 15min
