24/08/2020 - Pam: 19 Marshall Avenue – I did an appraisal in June but they were still renovating. I spoke to Noelene last week to follow up but she said they were still renovating and about 2 months away. I will call her in another few weeks and see how everything is going.
26/06/2020 - Mandy: I am meeting Noelene and appraising this one today at 1 pm.
25/06/2020 -Pam: I met with Noelene Stott yesterday. They are moving to Brisbane towards the end of the year as they are still busy with minor renovations at the house. I will keep in contact with her and will let you know if I get the listing.
24/06/2020 - Pam: I have booked in to see her this afternoon. Will let you know how we go. I also spoke to Lorraine, your other , last week and she was waiting for her husband to make a decision as the house is in his name. I will call her again towards the end of this week if I have not heard anything.
