Irene confirmed and sent proof of OA referral
15/10/2020 - Bad: Spoke with Brad - he said OA got in about an hour earlier. Will forward copy of their referral - will ask Irene at their office to send urgently. I did not that we were in discussions with him through the whole process and he even texted me in the evening to let me know he got the verbal go ahead.
Good communication through the whole process with Mark - no mention of already calling client previously.
15/10/2020 - VM for Brad to call
9/07/2020 - FU texted to Brad & Ercan / Duncan confirmed he is out
3/07/2020 - Appr to Brad & ercan - Duncan had confirmed
Brad: I have met with joe and I will be calling him again tomorrow, I think he is close to making a decision. I'll keep you updated
25/06/2020 - Duncan: Appraisal booked for next Friday 3/07/2020 at property with vendor
