Does not seem to be listed online but Elders have a sign out the front as confirmed by client found a buyer and under offer 10/12/20
**10/12/20 - jessica said Under offer a buyer came to her house to buy something off her she had an add in on market place and he said how much for the house, they negotiated a sale of $470k with real estate (Luke) Elders and now waiting for trustee to get paperwork in order as the buyer wants to settle b4 Christmas, subject to finance but he should be good.
