30/07/2020 - Simon: Will do, she called me today and is aloely chatty old lady but very dithery and has dillusions of developing the lot which isn’t the target buyer for the suburb. She asked me to call back in 3 weeks. Her son lives with her. Its going to be one of those patience is virtue hand holding tasks. I first spoke with her in 2011 and the chats were the same then 😊
29/07/2020 - Simon: I have called and spoke when lead was provided and have spoken with her many times over the years naturally. It wastn suitable to pop in the wknd we spoke as her daughter was visiting from Sydney. I went home to Woolgoolga the following week and said that to her and said lovely, there is no hurry as she is in the very earslt stages of thinking. She also is a hoarder so it will be a lengthy process until she is emotionally ready. Will pop in and knock on the door sometime as I am always selling homes near her she has met me before 😊

Greg: I attempted to contact Lucy Lindsay on Monday and left a message to phone me at her convenience to discuss the property - still haven't heard from her. Have you had any further communication with her?
6/07/2020 - Lucy: Yes I have spoken to Simon and will speak further when he returns from his holiday to visit family. Greg has phoned but I haven't spoken to him yet as I have had family visiting and have been extra busy.
