17/01/2022 - Adrian: I met with John again last Friday. This may be coming to market in the next few months.
Probably not selling g re market price4/06/2021 - Adrian: John just told me he sold a property somewhere in Rivervale, so doesn’t sounds like this will not come on the market any time soon. I’ll keep in touch and see what happens.
10/02/2021 : Adrian: I spoke to seller pre Christmas. It doesn't seem likely he will achieve the price he is after, however, the market is booming at the moment so in a couple of months he might.
15/10/2020 - FU to agent Aaron ONLY/ Adrian was NCX / Adrian said nil since he gave the price - lower than expecting
18/08/2020 - Adrian: No, he hasn’t returned any of my calls since I gave him the price.

3/08/2020 - Adrian: I appraised the property at Low to Mid $400,s, and Mid $400’s would be generous for the size, location and given there is a substantial drop from the road down to the villa. John thought more like $470-490. I sent him a copy of the appraisal by email and he was going to call in to pick up a hard copy, but never picked it up. I have just followed him up now by phone, he said he was in a meeting and will call back. On the day of the appraisal we got on very well, but I think the price is definitely not what he was expecting.

Adrian Carey: I have made contact and inspected the 46c Barnes St, Innaloo yesterday and met John & his partner. The appraisal should be finalised tomorrow. I will keep you updated.
