Hi Natalie, I had to meet him at 8am yesterday morning as he needed to go to work. Got in quite well with him, and am aiming to follow up in a couple of weeks when he has more time. He says he is waiting for a new posting from the Air Force in the next 2 months before he decides what to do. Regards Kevin
