Sherri has two blocks of land to sell. She's had them since 1994. Under Lithgow's current planning scheme, they're too small to build on. However, she's spoken with the council, and due to a "historical thing", council will allow them to be developed subject to approval. She has an email from the council stating this.
She's keen to speak with agents to get an appraisal and put the blocks on the market.
